This Agreement is entered into on between:
Agency: Golden Goose Events S.L.U., Calle Fageda, 7, Palafolls (Barcelona) Spain;
Client:
- Purpose of Disclosure
The Agency will share with the Client certain information, profiles, photos, videos, and other materials about specialized freelance professionals (“Talent”), including but not limited to emcees, presenters, actors, dancers, makeup artists, brand ambassadors, and other event-related or promotional staff, so that the Client can evaluate them for potential engagement in connection with .
- Confidentiality
All Talent information provided by the Agency is confidential and for the Client’s internal use only. The Client shall not share, copy, publish, or use the materials for any purpose other than evaluating the Talent for the stated event/project.
- Non-Circumvention
The Client agrees not to contact, hire, or attempt to hire any Talent introduced by the Agency, directly or indirectly, without the Agency’s prior written consent.
This restriction applies during the event/project and for months after the last introduction of any Talent.
- Breach & Remedies
If the Client breaches this Agreement by engaging Talent directly, the Client shall pay the Agency an amount equal to of the fee the Agency would have charged for such engagement, plus any reasonable legal costs incurred in enforcing this Agreement.
- No Obligation
Nothing in this Agreement obligates the Client to hire any Talent. All bookings must be made through the Agency under separate terms to be agreed.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, as this is the location the contract is concluded, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
