We want to make things easy for you! That’s why we have designed a simple and efficient booking process that will help you choose the perfect team for your event in Barcelona.

After we receive your request, you will get a detailed quotation within 24 working hours (usually just a couple of hours!). We will include the staffing costs and any other related expenses (if any!). We will also send you a presentation with profiles of our local staff in Barcelona, so you can get a better idea on the type of staff that can work at your event.

After your confirmation of the booking, your dedicated Project Manager will send you a selection of the available profiles that fit your needs. All our staff profiles include a video presentation of the candidate, so you can know them a bit better. Video presentations will help you understand the candidate’s personality and attitude, their language skills, as well as a bit of their past experience in similar events. That way, you can choose the perfect team for your event in Barcelona!

Once you have chosen your staff team, we will collect the operational and logistic details of the event from your side. The objective is to translate them into a single briefing document including working days and hours, staff tasks and objectives, product/company details, meeting time and location, briefing time, how to collect passes (if needed), dress code, behavior guidelines, etc. We will share this document with each team member ahead of the event, so they have time to solve any doubts and be fully familiar with the job objectives.

You will be in direct contact with your Project Manager at all steps of the process. She will help you with any questions, doubts, or last-minute requests you may have.
